Becky Sawyer is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of a $13 billion integrated health system with 34,000 colleagues. She is the founder of The Brave Current™, a presence-centered platform for leadership, life, and legacy. Muted is her first book.

Becky wrote Muted from her experience inside the work, not at a distance from it. The frameworks, stories, and tools in the book came from two decades of executive decision-making in high-stakes environments. Including how the last five years have changed how she sees leadership.
